So, 22 years ago, I had a severe MH reaction prior to knee surgery, in which I ended up in a coma for four days and ICU for an additional week.

I suffer from post traumatic stress due to the event and have anxiety re travelling, camping etc.

I am seeing counselling for the anxiety, however I need some truth about the MH so that I can face and deal with the past, as well as living life again.

Could someone please give me some truth to reinforce this so that the fear of another MH reaction no longer controls my life.
